When ECCO opened the doors to its new concept store in Delhi, India, on 8 November 2019, it was not only the result of careful analysis, planning, and preparation. The store opening marks the beginning of ECCO’s venture in India, making ECCO’s premium quality products available also to the Indian consumers.
The new ECCO concept store is located in Gurgaon Ambience Shopping mall, the largest operating shopping mall in India with one kilometer of shopping experiences on each of its six floors. “We see a strong demand from consumers who know what they want, and who appreciate the quality and consistent brand experience they get from ECCO. We continuously work to understand our customers better, and we hope to be able to convey the passion of our employees and our brand story to them,” says CEO Steen Borgholm.
