Children’s privacy

Anyone providing personally identifying information via the ECCO website warrants and promises that they are 15 years of age or older. ECCO does not intend to collect personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 15. If you are under the age of 15 we ask that you do not use this register for any of ECCO’s website services.

ECCO will not knowingly collect any information from any individual under the age of 15 without permission from his/her parents or legal guardian.

If you want to delete your registration, you may do so by contacting us directly via our contact form or e-mail address provided within the contact section. Upon deletion of your registration, we will not keep any personal records concerning you except as required by law.
