ECCO’S COVID-19 RESPONSE

ECCO’S COVID-19 RESPONSE

The outbreak of COVID-19 has turned into a pandemic with worldwide consequences. It is a critical situation, which requires us to be stronger together and for everyone to do their part. We have learned that one of the most effective ways to reduce the spread of the virus is to maximise social distance. Therefore, ECCO has taken a number of steps to protect our employees and customers.

As of 18 March, we have decided to temporarily close our shops in Europe, the US, Canada, Turkey, India and Panama.

Our online shop will remain open at ecco.com and we remain committed to providing the best possible service to you, our customers. Shipments may experience slight delays as our delivery partners navigate the additional demand for their services and the well-being of their teams. In markets where we currently do not sell online, you can explore the Spring/Summer Collection at global.ecco.com.

In other international markets where ECCO stores remain open, we will follow the advice given by healthcare providers and international public health authorities.

Across ECCO’s offices, we are encouraging our employees to work remotely, where deemed necessary. Employees, whose work requires them to be on site, must follow required health guidelines to minimise any health risk.

The severity of the COVID-19 virus cannot be underestimated, and we deeply appreciate the commitment of all who are addressing this health emergency.

We encourage everyone to take care of their health and their communities by following the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO)

Our thoughts are with everyone affected across the globe.
